Sourav Banerjee, an astute marketing professional, blends creative thinking with sharp business insight. Starting his career in sales in the early ’90s, he developed a deep understanding of customer behavior and market trends. His passion for design and branding led to the birth of ADITAC in 2001—a venture co-founded with a clear vision to offer integrated fitout and branding solutions that truly connect with clients.

Subir De, the technical force behind ADITAC, ensures every design idea is transformed into reality with precision. Backed by a team of talented designers, Subir leads the charge from concept development to detailed execution. His unwavering commitment to quality and functionality ensures that every project reflects both aesthetic excellence and structural integrity.

Ranadip, ADITAC’s Finance Director, brings strategic oversight and financial discipline to the organization. With an MBA in Finance and experience at the Times of India Group, he plays a pivotal role in procurement, vendor development, and operational efficiency. His expertise in printing and signage further strengthens ADITAC’s diverse capabilities.
